Best Asset RCS has

I have been trying for over a week with the RCS loans department to get the settlement letter for my personal loan. When I finally received the letter it was R 178 more than the amount originally quoted to me - because the admin dept failed to send me the settlement letter containing their banking details. I completely lost the plot over the phone with the agent yesterday when he told me that I never requested the letter - only the amount. <br> To cut a very long story short, I phoned this morning again adamant that I would speak to a manager and ONLY a manager as I was being messed around by everyone else. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a lady named Ferdous Gabier. She listened to my problem, was very apologetic about the frustration I was being caused, gave me her AND her team leader's names and promised to get back to me - which she did throughout the day - and about 10 minutes ago I received the call that I was waiting for. I received the letter with the original amount and was finally able to settle my loan. She was always polite, and the most helpful, competent person I have spoken to at RCS all week, and is the ONLY reason that I didn't close my other accounts with RCS
