Being ignored and are happy to use lawyers who break the law

I am dealing with RCS s lawyers Easton Betty who fail to respond to requests of statements being sent and then I read seriously bad reviews of these lawyers, I sent a complaint to RCS about this and have been ignored TWICE!

This is how they treat their clients. Dare you not pay you are hounded by lawyers non stop but let you want to speak to them they ignore you! I tried sorting this out directly so no commission to the lawyers but no, RCS is happy to receive less than 50% of my repayment. Stupid concept but it actually is so that they can make money on the interest! *****s!

I would never ever refer anyone to getting RCS credit. Ever.
