Been trying for 3 days to get proof of adress!!!

I have been trying for 3 days to get proof of address from you!!! First you guys mess up my address when I got my account from you, despite me spelling my address out to you on the phone. Then I have sent multiple emails asking for you to correct my address. The bank is URGENTLY asking for a proof of my address from you. I have just spoken to Siphesandea who assures me that you will send my proof of address to me this morning still. <br> Please, it is very important. The bank need it urgently this morning still.
