Been charged cell phone insurance on a phone i don't even have

Hi My Name is Rohan Bipat Id number is *** i Had a samsung j2 Dual Sim with you guys my phone was ****** an reported in December 2020 Which was R53.00 a month then i got a Samsung A11 Dual Sim that was insurance R99 a month from January 2021 right until i think November 2021 you guys were charging me for the old j2 which was R53.00 a month and the A11 which was R99.00 a month i don't understand why the insurance was for j2 was not cancelled as soon as i got my A11 therefore instead of paying my fee of R99 a month i had to pay R153.00 a month which is why my bill is so high please can this bill be recalculated with the amount's of only R99.00 a month and not the additional R53.00 as I'm really getting tired of this **** i called you guys in November 2021 but nothing was done can see you guys don't really care about your customers not 1 bit if this matter is not sorted out I'm going to take you guys to court. Please contact me urgently regarding this ***
