Be careful!

Worst service, again. I contacted RCS Call centre for a settlement amount on my RCS card on 4/26/2018, waited almost 12 minutes for the lady to finally come back with an amount. I was told that i have a certain amount of time to pay the settlement amount and did so within that time frame. 4/28/2018 I Pay the full amount and forward the proof of payment via bank and email to the given email address. After no reply (I do get the automated reply, so they do recieve my emails) I resend said proof 5/8/2018. Today 5/11/2018, i receive an email stating that i have a balance on my account, which is impossible, because i payed the FULL settlement amount. To add to this shocking way of business, i find out, the RCS card i requested to be cancelled August 25, 2016, IS STILL ACTIVE. I was emailed and told that there is a credit balance on my account and that they have to reimburse me before an account closure can be done - this never happened.
