Balances don't Balance - Where is the money?!

I'm having some trouble understanding RCS Edgars account statements. I've never had issues with this until RCS took over now all of a sudden nothing remotely balances. I received my Aug statement and something seemed off as I pay double the minimum amount due and yet I'm not making any dent in my owing balance. The last time this account was 100% was Sept 2020

1stly I'm charged interest twice. 1st on each purchase (transaction) and then again separately

When calculating all transactions + services fees + extra interest + protection plan the amount due is not in agreement as per their statement For example

TRANSACTIONS 3745.34+ 145.04+ 656.44+ 762.90 =5309.72

Insurance R32.12+ Interest R25.74+ Service Fee R30.00+ =R 87.86

Transactions + Fees = R5397.58 So according to my calculations I only owe R 5397.58 however your statement shows I owe R 7096.24 That is a difference of R 1698.66 Where is that money????

Sadly this has been happening for months where nothing that is on the statement adds up to what you claim I owe you! - Don't say that it's purchases because I haven't purchased anything since May 2021 from Jet.

This must be ***** at some level
