Balance Increase
Okay so I have received a statement and to my surprise I'm subscribed to Jet Club of which I never wanted from the get go, that's one part. Then secondly I have paid R1500 in Nov and my balance has been R5000 all of a sudden this month my balance is at R6000 are you guys kidding me? Pleasw remove me from your subscriptions except for the account protection plan and service fee which is mandatory. And please stop sending me the letters frequently and you keep charging me for it.
I need clarity on my account. You guys are taking me for a ride. And your service is so poor, no online payment other than EFT payment. Get with the program and don't get me started on your jet website with a catalogue.
