BAD SERVICE WITH REGARDS TO MY INSURANCE CLAIM AND CONTINUOUSLY BEEN HARASSED
I have been retrenched and emailed my retrenchment document on numerous occasions already. I spoke to Mike and he confirmed that the documents was received and submitted to their insurance department. To date I still have not heard a thing, instead I'm been harassed on a daily basis with phone calls and the latest was a messsge sent via sms threating me with legal action.
