Bad service/ Refund

I have been struggling to get a refund since May 2022 after paying off my account. I call the contact center weekly and all that I am told is that they will escalate the matter to refunds department.

Who is not doing their job in this company? I have spoken to 5x different agents that promises me one thing but fail to deliver. I use my money to make a follow up weekly and there is no courtesy call or SMS informing me of the progress of my complaint.

I need my money back as soon as possible. This thing is dragging for long and I have other commitments, I can't be stuck on the same issue that can't be resolved. No team leaders when I want to speak to one as per Busi Nyathi.....really?
