Bad Service from the Customer Agent

I was so dissappointed and feel very let down by a customer centre agent. I was calling from the Bed Shop in northgate today at 11:50. 23 September 2025. The lady was so rude and she hung up the phone on us. These are the people who are giving RCS a bad name. Can we please find out who she is if possible. Thanks
