Bad service from rcs builders warehouse secunda

I took a rcs card in partnership with builder warehouses in secunda in January 2020 I paid up the account at tfg stores as they were approved for payment points I have slips with proof of payment but the money never reflected on my credit I went back to tfg asking why according to them the money went to rcs wich even today does not I asked for my money back they refused to pay me back told me to refer to rcs but rcs is giving me a ru around sending me to different departments last week I again paid because they have handed me over to collections my credit score is bad due to them again the money I paid doesn't reflect on them please any one help me get out of rcs I don't know I have paid and paid my money is going no where but being returned if any one is reading my story please stay away from rcs bad customer service and ********** I believe I will never use them ever again all I want is proof of payment that I don't owe them and for the card to be closed of
