Bad service from RCS
I have two RCS cards. Last month I asked RCS to cancel my debit order and I would make my own payment each and every month as they just debit as they want (just short of R4,000 from my account last month). Today I have RCS phone me to let me know that they had tried to debit my account and were unsuccessful!!! One of the cards is an RCS card and the other is a Pick 'n Pay store card. When I ask RCS which one they have tried to obtain a debit for, they cannot tell me. According to my bank records, they did not try to debit my account, however, on the statement, they continually charge me for this. When I made payment to my RCS card directly last month, it asked me to capture the card number as my reference ... I had cut up my card into little pieces so picked up my account number from the statement I obtained. Now I seem to be having problems with my Pick 'n Pay card ... according to RCS, I am in arrears with my Pick 'n Pay card ... really, I did not have enough monies in my account and so the payment did not go through, however, on the 12 January 2023, I paid this myself into their account, where does the arrear amount come from??? I have already cut up my RCS card, should I cut up my Pick 'n Pay card too??? I have had excellent service from Pick n Pay but cannot say the same for the service from RCS. I tried to contact RCS from my phone as the banking detail that was sent to me is not being accepted via the FNB app. The bad service continues ... I phoned twice, followed the voice prompts and without getting to speak to anyone, I got a request to give a rating!!! If the bad service continues, I will cut up my Pick 'n Pay card too. I need someone to explain to me why my bank app does not accept the detail given to me by RCS and why someone from RCS cannot answer to whether the arrear amount is on my RCS or PnP card.
