Bad service from custumer service

Want to replace my card yesterday. Waited for 2 hours at a Game store on hold with the custumer care. This is the baddest service i've every received. Please replace the *********** people with competent people. You can know, if I paid off my account, you can know I will never ever use RCS again. Bad service, *********** people.
