Bad service from customer service

My name is Gladys Maseko, I currently have a loan with RCS that am struggling to settle as my account has been being deducted and now that is suddenly my problem, I call in today to get clarity on the account and reference that I must use I make payment for my loan account and I spoke to a very *********** rude Andiswa aba Avela from customer service, they are both very I’ll mannered and rude, don’t have listening skills whatsoever ever. Now they also giving me a different amount from what the other agent has given me beginning of the month. My numbers are *** if this is not resolved am definitely taking it further
