Bad service at Game Welkom
A few years ago I placed myself under debt review. I have since paid off all my debts including Game. I had a zero balance and all was well. When my debt review was cancelled and I went to Game in Welkom to find out if i can use my card again. I was told that I may not have a card again as I was under debt review. I said it was fine and just to make sure all my accounts are closed. Since then I now have a balance of R160+- that I owe Game. I have sent several emails and none have been answered. How to I go about having my account closed and why do i suddenly owe on an acc that should have been closed years ago
