Bad service and **********

I contacted RCS on +***6 and they responded via whatsapp I wanted to apply for a loan and the person responded and said I qualify for R130 000 and asked me to send them certified copies of my ID, payslips and bank statements, I did that and they said the loan has been approved after that they sent me an email telling me that I need to deposit R6000 for legal fees to a capitec account I did that and they said the money would be paid into my account after 24 hours while still waiting they sent another email about insurance clearance wanting R6000 again, and I sent the money again to the same capitec account and while waiting for the money cause they said I won't have to pay anything after the insurance clearance I got another email saying SARS has blocked the funds I must pay another R10000 that's were I realized that this is a **** and I asked for my money back and was told that the is no refund
