BAD SERVICE

I purchased online using RCS card with a hope that I will get 3%cash back , purchased was done in July 2024 till today I never recieve my cash back . When I initially call I was told it will reflect on my statement that was August, I did follow up and I was told it will reflect on my next statement, but it never. The sad thing is I have spend a lot calling RSC customers care , they said I must call the shop , the shop don't have have information with regards to cash back , It like a **** now it hard to believe i will get that cash back, they are transferring me to the shop and and I have to wait more than 30 mins ah I
