Bad Service

I have a RCS Account. I am constantly being harassed by the call centre to make payment. I was given a Incorrect password by a previous agent and these payments reflect on someone else's profile. I have advised them over and over again of this but yet i get called every day three times and I'm being charged for all of these calls and email as well. when you call or email you speak to different people and emails take 14 days for them to receive. This is terribly frustrating.
