Bad service

I had a loan that I settled in September and few days after I received an sms stating that my account is on arrears, I called Rcs and they said they made a mistake and it has been rectified. Today I called Rcs to apply for a another loan and I was told that my account is on arrears this is ridiculous I never skipped a payment , I'm so disappointed with this this type of service and I will never apply for a loan with Rcs I have experienced bad service with other service providers but this is the worst of them all .Can someone clear my name this is unfair I will share my story with my friends ,your service is really bad so disappointed!!!!
