Bad service
Rcs is really bad they gave my information to a company called blue-label they had to debit about 900 from my account .I had to call them for cancellation they would say it’s cancelled n they won’t .i had to log a ticket for a refund even now I m still waiting for my refund RCS baddest credit company

Please accept out sincerest apologies on the inconvenience this has caused.I have sent your complaint off to Blue Label Connect to assist in cancelling and reversing the R299.00 Mobile Content Subscription fee. This is the email I received in June even now I m still waiting for the reversing of the the refund . I was assisted by Roberta
