Bad service

I opened a rcs/game account last week Friday on the 5th of April at game evaton from the on set the service was bad. The consultant was so unprofessional didn't explain any to me she gave me papers tell me to read them, what if I didn't know how to read in the mean time she was busy on her phone. The store manager was so rude she didnt want to hear our side of the story. She called Monday but didnt apologise for her behavior she only told me that she contacted RCS which I did that earlier I don't understand how can game let someone like her run a store, I'm disgusted I'll NEVER shop there EVER AGAIN. And last night I cheeked my RCS/Game app and it showed that I ow R8024, with a available credit of R1976 but this morning its R8251,72. R101 is for initiation fee, R53 is for service fee and R36,36 is for BUT all of this fees were taken from my available credit. Why would they take it from MY available credit why not just add it on the account what company does that I really I'm not happy with RCS/game service and I haven't even paid my first instalment yet. Is this how they do business then I regret the day II started doing business with them.
