bad service

Im so unhappy with the rcs group, i had an account witg them and took out insurance, and last year october was retrenchend from my WORK, how ever i kept on paying tge little i had, but they kept on calling me for payment and i told them im unemployed they did nothing and the insurance didnt payoff my acc, from last year they have been calling me to my suprise around March this they sent me an sms stating that my insurance have lapsed imagine i have been frustrated from last year and the insurance didnt pay out but they got a nerve to send me an sms this year that the insurance has lapsesd im so disappointed with thier service and now to my suprise they have handed me over to mbd all i wanna know is why didnt the insurance pay off the balance as i was paying them until i was retrenched
