Bad Service
My account was handed over by for collection without my knowledge, I have told the RCS contact centre that I am not working and I can only pay R50.00pm till I get another job but they still handed my account.Now the debt collector VVM they keep calling me every day to remind me of my account and the account balance is now increasing because of the calls and the sms.
And I have been paying every month and the account balance is not decreasing or going down.
