bad service

<p>I called the call center on the 1 of April 2017 to have my credit limit increased, I was told I would get feedback within 72hours as the query must be referred to the credit admin dept , no feedback was provided to me and I called again on the 10April 2017 still no feedback all I wanted to know is a simpple yes or no. regarding my query, the service being rendered rcs is total ridiculous I regret taking this card i will never reffer anyone to them again.</p>
