Bad payer rating given by RCS when my loan was paid up within 1 month.

On 18 October 2016 I took a loan with RCS. On 4 November 2016 I paid up my loan...before the first instalmant was due. I received a paid up letter from RCS confirming my loan was paid up and there was no money owing. In December the incompetant staff from RCS' accounts department put through charges on thus PAID UP account. I was unaware of these charges as i received NO communication from RCS. In January 2017 I received a call from RCS' legal department saying I have not paid my account. I explained to them that I had received a paid up letter in November. After phoning for 2 weeks I eventual had the charges reversed and requested a new paid up letter. It took a while but I eventually got my second paid up lette. Last week (19 May 2017) I app**** for a bond and I'm told that my credit record reflects that RCS says I am a bad payer. I would like this to be explained to me and to have this rating removed from my credit record, I PAID UP MY LOAN WITHIN 1 MONTH SO I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THIS RATING.
