Bad customer Sevice/slow response

<p>I have a loan with RCS and have paid the amount of R12,500.00 in the week but so far no one has gotten back to me or called to confirm with me that they have received this amount!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>I mean they are so quick to call when you dont make payment bt when its the other way around they take their own time!!!!!!</p> <p>Lack of Customer service</p>
