Bad customer service by RCS
the service given by rcs is totally unacceptable whatsoever, i settled my account and requested for it to be closed but 5months letter its still appearing on my credit report and its viewing me as an arrear category, whereby i have the settlement letter.
toda i called to get this sorted out they said i should send the letter which i did and the said they are sending it to recoveries and i am being transferred to recoveries i have been holding the line for 01:25min and still this matter is not resolved.
