Bad customer service

I went to makro on Saturday to purchase something and I was told that I couldn't make any purchase as I still need to convert my dion wired card to Game card. I went straight to Game mall@carnival for assistance and to my surprise I was told that they do not do card conversion on Saturday and had to go back home. A sales consultant told me that they were supposed to do it for me on that Saturday and even today at Game eastrand mall they confirmed that RCS offices do operate on weekends. Poor customer services I received at Game mall@carnival and very disappointed
