Bad customer service

I would never advise anybody to get a loan for RCS I have spoken to this yesterday 2019-07-31 to please chance my debit date om my account. I was also told in that conversation that there was no debit order active on my account on there system. Great stuff. I told the lady ok i will make a payment next week then wish would have been the 2019-08-09 or so. And today the debit order went off my account i when i asked them they just told my sorry they could not have picked it up on there side. So why did i try to make another debit order on the system with RCS when they can not pick up anything and still the debit order go off. Great Work RCS. Great customer service. So to the rest of South Africa who is looking for a loan and looking for problems with a debit order please feel free and go with RCS
