Bad customer service

I would like to raise my dissatisfaction. I called in starting April to close my rcs account up until today it is still not closed. And I am receiving emails and sms's advising me that it in arrears and not paid up to date and that it will reflect bad on my itc. As per my knowledge this account should be closed but its not. Kindly urgently contact me with regards to this matter.
