BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AMANDA

<p>I called in to make payment arrangements and to set a debit order on my account with rcs and game so when I called in on ********** 233 I spoke to AMANDA..I gave my id number she wanted to confirm security questions that we as clients do appreciate,,,She asked me for my cellphone number I told her I dont know it by heart but any other security questions I would be able to answer she said if I dont know my cellphone number she cant assist I then asked her is there no alternitive question she said NO!!!!I asked to speak to a manager amanda then asked me why? is this the kind off service that you provide your clients with?she told me she will get me a team leader and the phone cutt off....AMANDA is this how u repesent RCS????????????? Im very dissattisfid and disquised with your service</p>
