BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

Consultants are extremely rude. I was unable to make payment on my account for the last 3 months a consultant called me a few weeks ago and i told her i will pay the full amount owed at this month end and she said we cannot accept that u need to make payment today or latest a few days later. The calls had stopped and i started getting them again. Today a consultant by the name of Shenice called me and screamed at me. I am having financial difficulties and have said that I will pay but their agent talks down to me. I wonder how they would feel if they were to choose between buying food for their family or paying an account. Absolutely no respect for customers. I am so upset the whole of SA is suffering and are barely surviving and u get this unfeeling person.
