Bad Attitude Received from Agent

I received a call on my cellphone from *** at 16:29. When I asked the agent why I was still being contacted after I asked to be removed from their data base, she confirmed that it will be done. I asked if I would receive confirmation once this was done. The Agent then **** and said that my line was breaking, I could hear her colleagues laughing in the background and she was responding to my questions but my line was breaking. She refused to give me her name and dropped the call in my ear. I am disgusted to know that SUCH a company has the audisty to try and sell me something.
