bad attitude

Pathetic service rude staff, *********** staff. I called in a week ago requested for a cash advance till today the money is not in in my account on Friday I called back was told something about the spread sheet will only be sent on Friday Today I called in speak to Mr clever Lance, rude rude rude that's all I can say about him, I wanted to know why the advance wasn't processed he then politely asked do you want to proceed or what, like what the hell is that? Then I ask to speak to a supervisor and Lance decides his not calling anyone the supervisors only starts @ 10 like I want a job their I would love to start working at @ 10. Then while im talking to him he decides to take off his ear phones and puts them on the side, well I must say this is great service
