Bad!

I have a personal loan with RCS, and they automatically add insurance coverage should something happen. However I have my own private life-cover with discovery. I called RCS and they told me to send through the policy schedule, which I did beginning of December 2023. However after calling countless times and sending numerous emails they confirmed receipt of my mail and policy docs, they simply don’t get back to you and ignore your emails and you end up paying for something thats not needed as the debit orders still just keeps going.

Very bad service - Stay far far away
