Arrears ???

I am highly upset about the letter that I received saying that I am in arrears. Since I opened this account, RCS has been debiting me. This account was paid up last year and I DID NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT . I decided to use it this year. Now I receive an email signed off by Clint Brink saying that I am in arrears and that my limit has been decreased? why should anything change now? why must the payment method differ now ? I called the call centre and they say I \missed\" a payment, It's more like you missed the dam debit order! What ever happened to calling clients asking why was a payment not made? Was there a problem? did the customer forget?? in this case ask me what method of payment do I prefer? Do i still want my account to be debited. But you people instead drop a bombshell telling me I am in arrears and decrease my limit without a phone call?? <br> I should've never used this account again. i should've closed it, and had the card thrown away!!!
