Are you trying to ***** from us????Why is my interest rates not reducing? I'm about to expose this on social media!!!

It is a pitty to see that a company that i had so much faith in like RCS is misusing consumers trust. i was under the impression that not only RCS had their client's situation at heart specially during these hard times. to be honest im very disgusted by the conduct of your organisation. I was on a call with one of your agent: Alex Hlazo call ref number: ACT576827R1H5X5; Your agent failed to explain to me how is it possible despite the repo rates dropping 3 times this year, im still charged the original interest rates of 20.5% i had since 2017 with you. When the repo rates goes up, im charged more, now in this case the repo rates dropped 3 times, my interest rates is still the same, meaning it is still costing me more to service my RCS debt despite the fact that my income has been affected as 75% of households in this country. I'm shocked to see such practice from your organisation as you are trying to indebt many south africans and this is heartbreaking. Now he argued that your organisation is not reducing any interest rates, i need to understand why why??/ why is my interest rates not reducing despite the drop in the prime and repo rates??? i urgently need feedback, before i log this on the vast social media platforms and raise this with the regulator!!!!
