Approved but not fully paid deceased claim

Thank you helloPeter for having my matter dealt with RCS. Got communication from company that claim will be paid. But it is not the full amount due by my calculations they only paying outstanding amount due at January 2025 but we received an different amount Oon 14 March statement and unfortunately can't open download even though it indicates to use id as password. In the approved claim email it states that I am liable for any other amounts after "they pay/settle" claim. When did I sign or make any arrangements with RCS or what gives the the right to pass account to me yet they have been sitting with documents since 15 February, the *** was provided by PnP and the store email the documents with my mom's correct reference number from 18 February started emailing it to the *** email provided by agent. Only on 28 February was I informed of a missing documents which I supp**** on 1 March but only got called from RCS when I wrote review on helloPeter. But only with my 2nd review got some assistance. Someone has to explain, I have emailed both emails of RCS also regarding this matter this morning and got as per usual automated responses.
