Appalling Service
I have received a paid up letter from RCS sometime in June 2017. Suddenly I am owing them +- R800. I have proof of sms's and emails to state that I had a nil balance. I called customer service, to obtain an email address, to send my correspondence to and only to be kept holding on for 30min, with no response. What type of service is this???
I am so irate right now.
