APPALLED
I am absolutely appalled at the service of the RCS in conjunction with Coricraft on what they call a six month interest free card. We have been making payments to this institution and it has taken them 2 months to allocate payments, in the mean time we call and email everyday but nothing is done. They then send an account with interest and letter fees. I will never ever use their service again it is appalling. Coricraft is ruining their name working with this poor excuse of a finance house.

07 Dec 2017, 14:05This complaint after all has still not been resolved and RCS has listed us on ITC even though it is RCS that is incapable of receipting a payment whether done on EFT or swiped in a store. They do not know what they are doing and they affect peoples lives and businesses in a very negative way. Coricraft have been informed and all they do is refer my messages to their management which never reply or call us back. Please be warned never to use this service provider, we are in the process of closing off this account right now.
