Another level of incompetence
A bunch of ***********/unhelpful people, I've been paying the account with them and suddenly they hand over the account to DMC without the correct balance, I spoke to a lady by the name of Kirah Hamza -the most useless person I have dealt with telling me about processes that she has no clue about.
