Annoyed with RCS re paid up letter
I have paid my RCS account in full on the 19th May 2021, till date, 9th July 2021, I have not yet received the paid up letter, RCS confirmed that they received the money and it has been allocated. How long does it take to do a paid up letter? This is pathetic service !!!!
