Annoyed client

I am disgusted at the bad service from RCS. For the 3rd time i need to write about the same complaint. I call in for a settlement amount and pay it immediately then 2 months down the line im contacted for outstanding money. After many attempts of sorting this out with *********** call center workers im still being harassed by debt collectors. This needs to be fixed so that i can close this account for good.
