Angry Makr RCS customer 😑

Makro And RCS have been terrorizing me for a while now. Very disturbed and highly disgusted. I have made my payment and even send them proof of payment highlighted the date and amount for them to see that I paid. I have been in communication with rhem through emails and WhatsApp. All their departments are constantly calling me at work and making a bad name for me and my credit even went done because of them. I am very disgusted and very angry that a company that is supposed to be all over their **** is constantly not only harassing but also ruining other people's lives for no reason. What proof do they have I haven't paid? Where as I have proof I paid? How long does it take does it take them to locate the money paid? I want my name cleared and an apology for this harassment!
