Angry customer on RCS and Game customer service

I want to report Game RCS Credit card for not updating my payment on my app made on the 1st March 2025 after numerous calls and emails, I'm highly disappointed as I need to buy groceries online since Monday and the payment of R240 done that day is not showing. I numerously sent proof of payment via email but no reply or updates.
