Am ****ed just received and Sms stating that my cellphone insurance is cancelled with immediate effect whats weird is i never requested for the Cancellation but a Arshad Jatteim from the RCSgroup customer service requested it. I dnt why and how. Why would i cancel the insurance i paid and i need. There is a difference between ITC UPDATE and Cellphone Insurance cancelation.
