Amounts charged as intrest

Good day<br> I have a few questions that need clarification please!<br> 1) The R27.00 service fee billed monthly on the balance for the account, it that amount included in the outstanding balance (R3718.44)for the account ?<br> 2) Is the R30.00 insurance fee billed monthly on the balance for the account, it that amount included in the outstanding balance (R3718.44)for the account ?<br> 3) Is a settlement is given today and payed today why will you charge interest ? Outstanding balance (3/2/2016) R 3718.44 versus Settlement amount of R3853.37. Surely no interest can be charged on an account fully settled?? Or is this a case for the Ombudsman?<br> 4) Hopefully the accumulative amount for R27.00 and R30.00 has to be deducted for the outstanding months that the account Is settled before the end of the 24months originally envisage to pay it off in?<br>
