Amazing RCS Game card Customer Service

Experienced double charging on my RCS Game card, last month when I purchased food at shoprite, Contacted RCS and they told me to go back to shoprite to inform them about the double charge, Since during the day I am at work and I won't be able to go to shoprite anytime soon, so I decided to email RCS instead, not sure if i will be helped, BUT I am happy I did sent them that email because they have rectified the error in my account without me going to shoprite and without any hassle, and within days of sending the email.
