Allocation of payment

I've made my payment on the 26 October 2022 via EFT but even today it's not yet allocated to my account, worse part they are sending me countless massages and calls to inform me that I have to make agent payment to my account and threatening to report me to ITC which it's going to affect my credit score. I called them several times regarding this but none of them was able to assist me until to date

My worry is affecting my name for something I've already paid on time.

Good people if you want clean credit score stay away from this bogus machonisa and apply the credit card from banks because wow your name will be damage for something you've paid
