Allocation of funds to accounts no system

phone in for my first installment due they said they will implement a debit order after a few days i phone they said no i must pay via eft then done that .they never allocated the funds so it showed and arrears on my account since that time every month its a problem to get my installments allocated to my account they ARE USELESS AND *********** AND HAVE NOW SYSTEM AND THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT TO MAKE YOU LOOK BAD.<br> BAD BAD VERY BAD SERVICE.<br> PLEASE GET SOME PRIDE IN YOUR WORK AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENTS WITHOUT THEM YOU ARE NON EXISTENT!!!
